Just had my 7 week ultrasound and got this picture.. any predictions? Thinking girl? I forgot what the ultrasound tech said the arrow was pointing to but I think she said umbilical cord? Baby measured 7 week (not the 6 on top of ultrasound) Heart rate was 134
