(Tmi pic) fluid gush, Preterm labor?!? Scared

I'm 24w 1 day. Short History: first child, now 12. Was almost born at 27 weeks. But with intervention/hospital bed rest etc. I kept him in til 37 weeks. 2nd pregnancy : twins, PTL started at 21 weeks, put on hospital bed rest /meds/etc. And they were born at just 29 weeks. Theyre now 9. This pregnancy I'm on weekly progesterone injections to help decrease PTL. I started at 16 weeks. Well, the shot was due Sunday. 4 days ago. But fedex was late delivering it so Im taking it today.

This afternoon I started having a few braxton Hicks contractions. (Which I know are harmless) then I stand up and a gush of fluid came out. It was white and thick. Ive also been nauseous and vomiting, idk if that's related to anything else or not.

I had Snapped a picture for the Doctor, and thought I'd Also post it to see if anyone thought it was anything besides normal pregnancy vaginal discharge. Waiting on my Drs nurse to call back with an answer.

Just a little bit worried, with my history, and with my injection being a few days late.
