trying to get pregnant and getting annoyed with friends

This friend of mine is trying to get pregnant and so am I. Both got off birth control. Everyday she says she don't feel good in different ways everyday.... headache, constipated, feel hot, throats hurts...(petty things) Takes a test every week even when it's just normal symptoms of a period. Hasn't missed a period or been late or anything. I'm just as anxious as her to get pregnant. I even had a miscarriage. Does anyone find this annoying? Am I insensitive to not care when she dont feel good?
