Ovary pain and not ovulating

I've been having pain in my left ovary for almost 2 weeks now. I originally thought it was ovulation pain but it's not. I'm not even sure if I ovulated this month. But anyways, I feel it especially like when I move like when I thrust my pelvis or bend over to tie a shoe or something. It's not like an inside pain that throbs or aches like cramps do, this only hurts with movement in that area. What could it be?
