does this sound like pcos?

I don't have $ to get an ultrasound right now so how can I tell if I have PCOS? The symptoms seems so vague and are similar to endometriosis, fibroids, and hormonal imbalance. I thought I may have had it but I don't have any excessive hair growth, acne, weight gain, spotting, or male features. I may have infertility because I've had unprotected sex approximately 50 times over the past 2 years and I've never gotten pregnant and my periods are irregular but my periods have been late the past 2 months so idk if that would constitute as "irregular" so how would I know?
