reoccurring uti?

I had a uti and my symptoms were cloudy smelly urine and the urge to have to constantly urine even if I just did it was very uncomfortable. Ifinished my course of medication on December 30th. It was fine and cured until all of a sudden today I felt like I have a tiny uti or a starting uti I have no burning no smell no cloudyness just the urge to urine again after I already did. Could I have one again? Would coffee play a role in any of this ? I drank a large iced coffee today and I usually don't drink coffee.
