So I'm planning to see my boyfriend soon and I'll have my period then but I'm on birth control is it okay if I skip the pills to remind me that I'm suppose to get my period that week and just start another pack?

Most people can. For me though, it was a big mistake, I skipped the placebos and went straight to the new pack. Well. I got my period and I ended up bleeding for 3 weeks off and on.
It was pretty much hell.
