Breast reduction aghhh!

I've been thinking about getting a breast reduction for years, and finally started down the path to it in September. I very recently found out that not only will I be able to get one and that my insurance will cover it but it's happening very soon (2 weeks)  and now I'm a little nervous any comments or suggestions to hopefully calm the nerves a bit? I've never had a major surgery like this and I'm actually an anxious person anyways so my brain is about 1000 steps ahead; any and all help/tips/whatever advice anyone could give would be very helpful.☺️
