Weird breast symptoms, help

So earlier today my husband came home and he gave me a hug, when he hugged me my left boob hurt really bad! I thought maybe they were both tender but it was just the left one. Later it got more sensitive. Had to wear a bra and shirt it was almost agonizing. I had my husband look at it and he said that the veins around my aerola are bulging out and he can feel the bumps. My areola is also darker than my right breast and my nipple kind of looks like it's trying to be inverted- like my aerola is swollen or something. Has anyone ever had symptoms like this? If it doesnt get better in a couple of days I'll definitely go to the doctor. But I was just wondering if someone else had experienced this and could give a little advice. Thanks!
