Has anyone used this car seat?

I got it at Target on clearance for $99! Don't know if that's even much of a deal though since I don't know much about the car seat. I don't remember which one I used with my first but with my second baby I used a maxi cosi which made my baby sweat terribly and she was uncomfortable. Just wondering if anyone has had this one..
