Please help!

Please help ladies, I have to go for fertility blood tests and I need to work out when I ovulated so I can schedule my progesterone blood test (7 days before AF). I usually have 30 day cycles with ovulation between CD15-17. I don't know what's going on with my body this cycle and can't tell when I ovulated. I would really appreciate your help! X
