I fill in different parts at different times. For example weight and bbt are first thing in the morning, sex and alcohol consumption are almost always last.

In the am. I mostly do it to remember to take my pill at the same time each day

My very first couple days I did it in the morning, but now i feel its easier to do it throughout the day so i wont forget anything.

I feel the end of the day would be a good time so I have time to figure out all my moods and stuff through the day.
