ph balance off 😕

My PH balance has been off for about a week now. Me being me thought it might just go away but it hasn't! I rang the doctors this morning and can't get an appointment until Thursday!!!! But my peak ovulation day will be on Monday. I'm worried that with my ph balance being off this will effect my chances of this month completely?! Is there anything I can do before the doctors to get myself sorted or will I be ok?
