can you be allergic to condoms?

When ever I have sex with a condom on it's really uncomfortable and itches after but when I looked online it said you break out in hives straight after and I haven't 
But when I have sex without it I'm fine? Just curious to be fair

Yes you can it could be a laxtex allergy, I have that and therefore cannot use laxtex condoms or anything latex

Maybe you need more lubrication? I would get a bottle of condom safe lube. If not then you should get on the pill even though you won't be safe from stds. But since you've already taken the condom off before that may not be an issue for you.

Sounds like a latex allergy, I'm allergic to latex and with my ex I hated to have sex because it was so uncomfortable but he suggested we stop using them because we were together for 3 years, was my first and I was his first, so we did and I was fine. Sex got awesome. Then he was an asshole, cheated and I left. Sorry to go on lol. Try non latex condoms. Skyn is a great kind of non.latex. it's a black box.

I'm allergic to latex and I only figured that out because I asked my doctor about how it felt as she said I was allergic to it...but I hated having sex because it hurt with a condom and my ex couldn't understand why until I told him what the dr said.

It's very well you could be allergic to them but it's not super bad. They have other types I condoms without latex
