sex question help!

I haven't had sex in a couple months except for on the 4th I had sex again (we are always very safe use condoms and he pulls out for a year now so I'm not pregnant ) and it surprisingly didn't hurt but after I was very sore and cramping it felt like my period cramps and it hurt really bad to where I felt sick but then I was fine the next day but today I pulled down my pants to pee and there was a little piece of white stuff almost like toilet paper so picked it up confused and it felt kinda soft I guess (assuming it was discharge ) even tho mine doesn't look like this normally clear ish but it was almost like a lotion feel I guess and very strong odor help is this normal ??
