teething at 12 weeks???

Question

My son is drooling a lot making spit bubbles and chewing on almost everything he gets his hands on even his hands....is this a sign??? Or something else?

My son is doing this as well, same age.  He's also eating a little less, and sometimes cries after just beginning to nurse. No fever or anything.  We thought it was gas, then a growth spurt, and now I'm settled on teething. I asked a mom friend of mine AND looked up the symptoms, everything points to teething. I gave him some infant Tylenol and it seemed to make his nursing much easier. 
He has his 3 month check up on Monday so I'll confirm with my doctor. But it sounds like we may both have some early teethers on our hands

Our pediatrician said this was normal at this age and it wasn't teething.

My oldest cut his first tooth at three months,  really hoping my baby isn't working on the same. Teeth could also just be moving, which makes them feel icky and sore.

My LO was doing exactly what you mentioned and even had a little white dot where a tooth would grow in. I took him to the doctor and she said it's extremely rare for teething at 12 weeks.  The white dot ended up being a cyst which is apparently pretty common. He continued to drool and fuss and make bubbles for about a week and then stopped. I think it's just part of their development, but you never know!
