Pregnant Foods 👍🏻🚫 Apps? Books?
Is there a book or app out there that tells you what foods to eat and not eat? Being pregnant is harder than a diet because you can't just give up or have cheat days! I am exhausted having to google every food/drink I consume and surprisingly it feels like there isn't much that is okay now a days! I'm newly pregnant and it's my first time. I really want this little nugget to make it full term very healthy so I'm willing to take precautions, but please tell me there is an easier way!! I would prefer an app because it would be so much more discrete for me until we decide to tell family and friends. I would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!!
