Baby won't take a bottle

My baby absolutely refuses a bottle! We've been introducing her to one since 3-4 weeks (just like the doctor said) and she still wants nothing to do with them at 9 weeks. I started work again this week and she's gone 8 hours without eating some days. Occasionally her father is able to get her to drink one bottle, but it's not often. She just sits there and plays with the nipple or flat out freaks out. We've tried multiple nipples and bottles (not kidding you- we've bought practically every bottle out there), different feeding postitions, everything! With no luck. It's so hard to be at work knowing that she's not eating. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated. I never imagined her not taking a bottle would be an issue we deal with😢.
