IUD Cramps? With the Liletta (not copper)

So I got my IUD a few days ago, it hurt like hell since I wasn't on any pain meds and then I also had a bad reaction to the procedure. Almost passed out, hands tingly, sweaty, etc. I know this happens sometimes and I felt awful after, cramps all day but then after I slept most everything was good the next day. Maybe slight cramping, but today it has been cramping pretty badly which is not what I think it is supposed to do. The liletta should make periods lighter and less crampy, it did stop my period a few days early as well. Maybe it's because I still have my implant as well? Maybe I just have to tough it through? Does anyone know or have a similar experience? Thanksss
