being with someone shorter than me

ok someone pls help. there's this really cute sweet guy i sort of like. but the thing is he's shorter than me. i'm like 5'8 and i wanna say he's like 5'6 :( i just need opinions on this. i've always hated my height. it doesn't bother him but idk it kind of bothers me that i'm taller. can anyone relate? or give good advice??
