Hi! I have read about something called the 90mn sleep solution but do not know what it is. Can someone please explain?

There is a great book by that title, but the gist is that babies have 90 minute awake hormone cycles, so every 90 minutes they drop and baby gets sleepy. If you soothe the baby at that time it will fall asleep without getting overtired. Eventually babies get up to 3 then 4.5 hours between naps. It helps keep my little one happy if I get her to sleep 90 minutes (I note exactly the time she wakes up) after she wakes up. I just start soothing 5 minutes before.
