3 month old with a cold

Took my baby to the doc yesterday because she had a wet cough the past 3 days. Doc says it's just a cold and will pass. But yesterday she was eating fine today her first bottle she had a cough attack for about 15 min then threw up her milk because of the coughing. Then she fell asleep and seems ok. My question is should I take her to urgent care or just make her comfortable
