Hispanic or white on application
So somewhat going off another post I've seen, what should I choose on a job application. On the application it says "Hispanic-non white" or the option "White-non Hispanic". there's no choice for both! So which should would someone who is both races? I always flip flop but is there a certain race that gets hired more? My mom says put Hispanic because employers look for diversity, but my husband (who is Hispanic) says pick white because white girls get hired more. Not sure what to do? Or does it not matter
