HELP PLZ

Is this ovulation test positive or no? I'm not good at reading them so I need some help. I've been ttc for 2 years but this is my first cycle taking vitex and glow says I'm 19% chance today . Thank you. I get that it should be darker I just don't know what I should do? Do I wait a couple days? Does this mean I am not ovulating and is glow wrong ??
