going crazy. marathon breastfeeding 3 week old?

This cluster feeding today has been crazy. Have missed logging a few of the diaper changes and little naps today. The minute I try to move her or if she comes unlatched on her own she will stretch out and start rooting or wake with a jump. I know she's getting milk because I can see it on her cheeks and around her mouth when she's unlatched. Anyone else going through this nearly constant feeding? I can't help but feel somewhat frustrated because I can barely leave my bed :(
