Flights!

What's a good website to book a flight? I have never taken a plane but I am planning to go on a trip in march! I'm not sure on the dates yet but for sure the end of the March to the beginning of april. I also want to know reliable sites, I don't want to pay the something that will become a scam! What's you experience with flights? Any feedback will help!
