false labor this morning

So this morning I was having nausea, horrible back pain and cramps. It was taking my breathe away. I tried sitting in different positions and nothing would calm down. I also had diahrrea 3 times. (TMI) but all signs of labor. I was waiting 2 hours of the same thing before I went in and it was an hour and a half. Here's my contractions I tracked (the short seconds one were accidental tracks) oh and I'm 38 weeks 2 days
