I think I'm going crazy..

Guys I'm reaching out for some advice.. I'm kinda of a loner and have no friends. Well I last night I had a weird dream. That my fiancée was acting weird and distant and that he was interested in another woman. And then towards the end of my dream I was getting ready to give birth he wasn't there I was all alone. And now I'm really sad. I can't decide if it's my hormones and that I'm pregnant. Or is my dream telling me something. And to make things clearer my fiancée is away in the army and I see him like every 3 months.
