Hey everyone! This is my third cycle for bbt and I was wondering if you temp orally or vaginally?

I have been doing bbt orally but my temps are all over the place and I was told that taking it vaginally would help remedy some of those issues.

If you do temp vaginally (and don't mind helping a girl out) I have a few questions. Sorry if they're tmi.

1. how far do you put the bbt thermometer in?

2. do you press it against the canal or do you place it and leave it alone?
