Dude it's a laxative.... Please stop falling for almost everything you see on IG and YouTube. There are many herbal teas that help with imflamarion... Mint, rooibos, ginger, green tea, many more.

Drink sena leave tea or puds on an empty stomach first thing in the morning  u have to 💩

I just detox this week by drinking aloe  water from Monday to Friday and I drank my Sena leaves tea this morning  oh boy 💩💩💩💩💩
