bottle nipple size?

Okay my LO has been drinking 6 oz and now he doesn't drink but 5 oz and gets frustrated and it takes him 25-30 min to finish. I'm wondering if changing the nipple size would help. But then again milk still dribbles out of his mouth at times and he's already gassy. So just wondering what y'all thought about changing the size?

You can try...I just attempt to move my son up to medium, but after a few sucks he chokes and milk comes pouring out.

It sounds like he could use a faster flowing nipple for sure!  Can't hurt to give it a try, I feel like parenting is a day filled with trouble shooting haha

You could try a faster flow but if it's already dribbling out sounds like it may be a bit to fast. I put my daughter to a fast flow test yesterday and hers dribbles out abit but she isn't falling a sleep on the bottle or taking 30-45 mins to finish now so I'm going to stick with it for a few days and see how she copes.
If not see if your brand bottles do a vari flow teat that worked well for one of my sons when the faster teat was to fast for him.
