Should i start taking evening primrose oil?

So im almost 35 weeks and was wondering if i should start taking this.. Or when i should start....

Yes- I've been taking t for WEEKS and it hasn't done anything. My ob said it doesn't cause birth- it simply softens the cervix when the baby is READY, does not induce.

My midwife said to start at my 35 week appointment. She said orally, first, and then she'll talk to be about if/when I need to do vaginal insertions.
