Your cousin is being lied to. It takes at least two weeks after unprotected sex to know if you're pregnant or not.

Definitely not his. It takes 6-10 days to implant and even then a few days to build up enough HCG to show up positive. So no- there's no way possible that it is his if it was only three days after the first time they had sex.
