I recently lost my son Carter in September the day before my birthday. I had never heard of incompetent cervix until I felt something strange like a big ball near my opening when I wiped, it was my membrane. Waiting in the waiting room at the hospital I felt a gush and  started to bleed and went into early labor they did everything they could including putting me on my head but my water was slowly leaking and 10 hours later he was born his daddy and I held him and loved him for as long as we could. I struggle everyday but my boyfriend keeps me strong and my family we cry together. It has been four months and we are in our second month of trying for our rainbow baby I'm so glad I found this group at least now I know I'm not alone. I will have to have a cerclage And shots done at 12-14 weeks once I conceive.
