i accidentally took my first pill in my first pack instead of my first sugar pill, should I also take the sugar pill and just continue the sugar pill or should I skip the sugar pills and just continue with my new pack so I'm not unprotected because I let my boyfriend finish in me for the first time today so I'm kinda nervous
