what does this mean?

I have never received a question mark on a test. My husband put the pregnancy test in my urine stream. He did good. Held it in for 5 seconds. And did the rest fine. I've had lots of nausea. A period that lasted one day Friday to Saturday and felt very off. All other tests negative.
