What does rubbery cm usually mean?

So today I just had the glob of rubbery cm on my underwear sorry TMI but it wasn't like egg white and stretchy it's was really thick and rubbery it was white too and it had soaked my underwear.. so weird I've never had this before and not really sure what it's a indicator of any ideas??
(Also there was no weird smell or irritation)
