Depression.
Does anybody have any tips on depression? I'm so sick of feeling sad all the time :( it's been on and off for years. I've been to psychologists and it has helped but I always fall back into the same old habits that make my depression worse and aggravate those emotions.
I'm also a severe procrastinator and having depression makes this even worse, the two seem to feed each other and it is an endless downward spiral.
I'm thinking that maybe a life of minimalism might help this feeling and trying to break new habits like getting outdoors once everyday, going for a walk in nature or doing yoga. Or maybe even meditation?
I have read that mindful meditation can be great. But it I just don't know anymore.
Please if anyone has any advice or can share their own experience it would be greatly appreciated.
