breastfeeding and pumping at the same time FTM
I am very new and very confused with this whole pumping thing. My baby will be 4 weeks Wednesday and I started pumping yesterday. I am trying to pump one side and feed him on the other. My questions:
After I finish pumping is it ok for me to attach a new bottle to the phalange and store it in the fridge for my next use? (Basically I'm using the same phalange on each breast since I'm only doing one at a time--is this ok?)
If I leave for the evening ( for dinner, a meeting, girls night, etc) and my husband gives him a bottle is it ok to pump when I get home instead of pumping while I'm gone?
I am only pumping about 2-2.25 oz in 30 min. Is this normal?
