anxiety/depression/relationship
I've suffered from anxiety and mild depression for awhile now.
I've been with my boyfriend for a year and a half. We have been through a lot, but have pushed through it and are in a great place. But I feel my anxiety gets in the way a lot. I worry so much, about things I shouldn't even worry about. And I put myself into these depressions because I'm overthinking. (Don't even get me started on how social media affects my anxiety) Then it causes tension between us. I've been dealing with it way better lately, but sometimes it's so hard especially since every relationship has it ups and downs. Just wanted to vent and see if anyone else can relate and what they do to deal with their anxiety etc.
