You can have a drink and breastfeed. If you don't feel buzzed/drunk you're find to breastfeed.

No you can't drink whiskey and then breastfeed, you will get your baby drunk. A glass of wine 2 hrs before you breastfeed or pump is what I've been told is ok. But only wine
