ttc for baby number 1 advice

Hello everyone! My hubby and I are ttc for baby number 1 we have been trying since October with no luck. My fertile window was dec 24 through the 30 I'm due for my period on the 7th. Now I always have sore boobs a week before it's due I am really hoping this is our time. My question is you ladies who usually get swollen breasts a week before your periods due did you get them also get them the month you conceived around the same time?
