Period after getting nexplanon

Okay so I just started nexplanon in October and I've been having the irregular bleeding they warn about, but I had my period for a little over a month the first time and then the second was about two weeks. I currently on the third month of having my period. I was wondering if this could be it regulating out or it going away for the rest of the three years. I was curious if anyone else had the same this and if it went away or regulated. Thanks.
