Has anyone ever had a blocked Fallopian tube and gotten pregnant still?

I found out yesterday in the ER I have hydrosalpix in what I am hoping is just one tube. If anyone has any stories at all, good or bad, please share!

If it was in one tube, then you can still get pregnant from the other one. My friend had one ruptured tube and got pregnant! If it's both sides, you might need some help. Baby dust to you!
