Cramping and hot flashes 4 dpo?

Anyone else having this issue? All day I've felt nauseous and had cramps. On top of that I've had a lot of cm when I wipe after the 6 times I've gone to the rest room this afternoon 😑 and hot flashes like no other. Am I alone on this today? Anyone else having these symptoms?

I've also had dizzy spells, and eat everything in site one minute and nothing to eat all sounds good the next lol

I'm 8 dpo, all day today I've been feeling nauseous. I didn't eat much all day because of this, thought I was going to throw up a few times but as I'm a teacher I stopped myself! This evening I've been eating loads of chocolate but still feeling sick! Really hope this is a sign! 8 days until period is due! What do you all think? 
I think hot flashes might just be a cycle change xxx
