I was told at my anatomy scan at 19weeks that I had a spike in HCG levels and that could be a sign that my placenta will give out/ stop working properly sooner than it should. I have to go every 4 weeks now for a growth scan and then at 32 weeks I start going every week for an ultrasound to check to see if my placenta is still functioning like it should and if it's not or is causing growth issues then they plan on delivering him asap. Anyone else had this happen?
