Blood Pressure spike...
I am currently 21 weeks 4 days and a normal BP for me is around 120 over 72. As expected I elevated just slightly at my last appointment, but today my BP was 132/86! Needless to say I'm having a mini meltdown now that the work day is over and my distractions are gone.
I should mention that I have a bit of a sinus infection and I also had a small iced coffee this morning (I gave up coffee at the beginning of my pregnancy but I've been sleeping terribly and needed a little help).
Am I over reacting? My Dr is very laid back and calm and doesn't seem worried at all but I'm so afraid something terrible is going to happen. And of course, I turned to Google...
