no appetite?

I'm 4 weeks pp and I have absolutely no appetite. Now, I am eating, I just have to remember to eat and then I have to force it. Does anybody else not have an appetite or is it just me? Nothing sounds good and I just don't want to eat. Help!

4 Weeks pp, and if it wasn't for my husband coming home from work hungry, I would forget to eat anything at all during the day. Haven't been hungry since birth.

Same thing here. I am 2 weeks pp. I've been strugling with the baby blues for 10 days now. Yesterday was the first day I didn't cry in 2 weeks but I still have no desire to eat, but I do, for my son's sake...

Yes I had my baby 12/26 same here it's like I'm not hungry or sleepy these days

Same. I just know I need to eat to keep up my milk supply but I don't ever feel like eating and nothing gives me that OMG THIS IS SO DELICIOUS feeling I use to have. Not even my favorite foods. I'm at 4 weeks pp.

Same here! Going on 2 weeks PP and I totally forget to eat during the day and it doesn't phase me.

1 week and 4 days and donget get hungry whatsoever ..sometimes I just eat a sandwich a day and then I'm good for the rest of the day .. i try eating but I get full so easily with just two bites 🙄
