crossed legs

Had my anatomy scan today at 21weeks 5 days and baby's legs were crossed so we couldn't find out the sex 😟 and baby's breach which doesn't worry me doctor didn't seem worried about it either baby will move. But baby's head was long like oval. I read online a lot of time that's from being breach. She said is common at this point but wants me to come back at 28 weeks cuz they couldn't get baby to move to see the spine either. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation?  Any guesses on gender?
