7 weeks bleeding

Hi - I am 7 weeks pregnant - for the past week I've had really light spotting for 2 days then it stops for a day then starts again - went to Dr he said all looked normal. Is this a normal or sign of something worse to come . I have no pain associated with the bleeding.
